At Valentine’s Little Heaven, we provide a "heaven-on-earth" sanctuary for children facing life’s hardest challenges—including orphans, abandoned children, and those from vulnerable backgrounds. Under the guidance of the Child Welfare Committee, we transform distress into hope by providing a family-like environment, quality education, and holistic healthcare to ensure every child grows into a happy, contributing member of society. The Children’s Home Committee, Counselors, Teachers (academic, music & crafts, sports). Care Takers and others further add to bringing out the best in each child.

No child should be deprived of the love of the parents and the children who unfortunately don’t have parents but are taken care by our dear mother of this orphanage needs support and encouragement to do so. The love which these children are deprived is fulfilled by the love of our dear mother. That’s why I thought of contributing in a very small manner to this family.

A Month of Joy, Achievement, and Remembrance

Government Recognition

After many years of dedicated grassroots work, the Department of Women & Child Development, Government of Goa, formally recognized our efforts by granting a license under the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015.

Valentina’s Little Heaven, Colva, is a Children’s Home and Unit of The Big Foot Trust since 2017 having its registered office at Ancestral Goa, Loutolim-403718, Salcete, Goa.

Sr. Innocencia Mascarenhas also lovingly called and hereafter referred to as Sr. Valentina Mascarenhas is the driving force, inspiration, spiritual guide and in-charge of the children's home. What began as a small initiative has grown significantly under her visionary leadership, unwavering faith, and deep commitment to the care and protection of vulnerable children.
